Notice of AGM The Annual General meeting of Rhyl and District RFC ltd is to be held on the 21st of July 2017 at the Sports and Social Club, Vale Road, Rhyl at 7pm. The business of the meeting shall be: To receive and approve the minutes of the previous AGM held in the name of Rhyl & District Rugby Club. To receive the Chairman’s report of the activities of the club for the previous year. To receive the final statement of accounts and balance sheet to the 31st October 2016 for Rhyl & District RFC and the report of the independent Auditor for the previous financial year. To appoint the Auditor. To receive a report on the playing performance for all sections. The appointment of additional directors, officers and rugby committee members. Notice of motions submitted in writing by any voting member at least 14 days before the date of such meeting shall be added to the agenda by the secretary. Any such motion will require seconding by at least 10 voting members.
