From Philip Blakoe Well it’s just been confirmed by Rhyl Rugby club secretary that I have been removed as a director of the club , after 38 years at the club, 18 of them as a director, its time for new blood. I have had some amazing years with this club as a player and coach at senior youth and junior level, I will carry on with my under 15s team till they reach senior level, this is a exciting time for Rhyl RFC with everything that's going on with the new club, and I think its time for the younger generation to stand up and take control of this fantastic club. I’m getting older and grumpier which I'm sure the committee members will agree, so lets look forward to the new club and the success I'm sure will come from this great new adventure.
